Open and unpack shipments of textbooks.
2.
Review purchase orders, packing slips, and shipments to determine that the order is correct and complete.
3.
Document order receipts and inform the school's textbook manager regarding the status of each purchase order.
4.
Stamp each student textbook with school stamp and rotational numbering stamp.
5.
Organize books and/or move them to various classrooms, bookrooms, or departments as needed.
Minimum Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Able to perform clerical tasks related to managing receipt of textbooks and checking that all orders are complete.
Ability to organize materials for distribution.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Work hours are as needed and determined by the school's textbook manager.
